Fiorenzo Cotti is a Certified Specialist SBA in Construction and Real Estate Law, his main field of practice. It is within this framework that he advises private and corporate clients but also government agencies, particularly in Contract Law. He offers legal services in all areas of law and especially in Administrative Law (particularly: Construction and Real Estate Law, Land-use Planning, Public Procurement), Civil Law (particularly: Liability Actions in Construction and Real Estate Law) or Fees Recovery for architects, engineers and contractors. Inheritance Law is also one of his selected area of practice. By virtue of his activity as public notary he gained a remarkable experience in this subject.
